“This year’s new awards, and those made for continuing support, reflect the wonderful diversity of young talent in Scotland.

As ever, music is the most strongly represented sector, but we have a burgeoning pool of young film makers, a strong showing in drama, and a regular series of applicants from the visual and applied arts.

We have also been able to support aspiring writers.

Meanwhile our recent graduates continue to garner awards, bringing distinction to themselves and their country.”
