The Dewar Arts Awards support Scotland’s best and brightest of young artistic talent.
So far almost 300 awards have been made. Winners include film makers, visual artists, dancers, actors, photographers, textile designers, contemporary jewellers, writers, musicians, composers and conductors.
Adam Clifford
Adam was supported throughout his studies in percussion at the Royal Academy of Music. His packed final year included playing a duo with renowned marimbist, Keiko Abe, and participating in a ground-breaking 5-day residency with composers, western percussionists and tabla players. Adam graduated with first-class honours and won a Meaker Fellowship for 2009-10 which involves him in working within the RAM percussion department.
